Labor Day in St. Louis - profoundphoto

So my husband and I took our kids down to St. Louis for Labor Day weekend. We hit the Mark Twain cave in Hannibal, the arch, the St. Louis Zoo, the City Museum and Grant's Farm. All between Friday and Sunday. Looking back, it might have been a little too much but all in all it was pretty great. The kids had an awesome time and it was so fun to make these memories with them. This is our first real vacation with just the four of us . . . Anytime we've gone out of state or gone anywhere really, it has been to visit family members . . . which is fine, of course. But it was nice for just us to get away and enjoy each other's company and to not be at the mercy of anyone else's schedule. I took a ton of pics on my phone, most of which I posted on Instagram, but also took some with my Nikon and a couple new lenses I have. Overall, super happy with the results and am looking forward to using them at upcoming shoots!
